个人简介
吕沙,博士,福建福耀科技大学助理教授。主要从事特种玻璃与微晶玻璃、玻璃化学强化、玻璃表面处理及无机多孔复合材料研究,重点围绕玻璃组成设计、熔制与成形、核化—晶化机制、晶相与微结构调控、离子交换强化、精密抛光、表面缺陷控制及功能涂层等方向开展基础研究与工程化应用。具有高校科研、企业研发和科技成果产业化工作经历,曾在康宁(上海)管理有限公司担任高级科学家,在上海陕煤研究院担任项目负责人,并在南方科技大学从事博士后及研究助理教授工作。具备从材料设计、实验室研究、中试放大到产业化验证的完整研发经验,注重建立“组成—工艺—晶相—微结构—性能”之间的内在联系,推动先进玻璃材料的性能优化、成本控制和规模化应用。
截至目前,在特种玻璃与微晶玻璃、无机多孔材料、金属基复合材料及高温冶金等领域发表SCI论文23篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者论文14篇,另发表EI会议论文2篇,获授权发明专利1项。相关研究成果发表于ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Energy、Journal of the American Ceramic Society、Ceramics International、Materials & Design、Calphad、Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B等国际学术期刊。
